RUFORUM/Mastercard Foundation TAGDev 2.0 Scholarships 2026/2027 for young Africans (Fully Funded)

The RUFORUM/Mastercard Foundation TAGDev 2.0 Scholarships are fully funded scholarships offered across a network of partner universities for African nationals. The program covers tuition, research costs, workshop and conference costs, living expenses, laptop, internship attachment, community engagement and entrepreneurship training. It is open to both undergraduate and masters’ level applicants who meet the eligibility criteria and demonstrate leadership and commitment to community transformation.

National of African countries; economically disadvantaged from marginalized communities or from conflict/post-conflict areas; under 30 for undergraduate studies or under 35 for master's studies at time of application; meet admission criteria of the relevant university; demonstrate leadership and commitment to community transformation.
