BCG’s ASPIRE Women’s Workshop 2026

BCG ASPIRE Women’s Workshop is a 3-day professional development event for university and PhD students. It brings together participants from Europe, the Middle East, South America and Africa to engage with consultants from BCG, explore consulting, and network in Barcelona. There is no participation fee and BCG covers travel and accommodation costs.

Travel and accommodation costs covered; participation in a 3-day workshop; networking with BCGers from around the world.

Open to university and PhD students (undergraduate, master, or PhD programs) from all fields of study.

Submit your application online via one of the participating country offices; include your resume and any required documents; complete a games assessment as part of the process.
