ICESCO Young Professionals Programme 2025/2027

The ICESCO Young Professionals Programme is a 24-month professional training opportunity at ICESCO’s headquarters in Rabat, Morocco. It targets young talents who will be employed under a special contract to gain experience across ICESCO sectors, departments or specialized centers. The programme includes salary, allowances, health and occupancy insurance, and other benefits.

Monthly salary; transport allowances; housing allowances for non-residents; travel ticket on joining and departure; health insurance; occupational hazards insurance.

Open to candidates who are citizens of ICESCO member states, under 35 years of age at the start date, with at least a BA degree in a relevant field, and proficient in Arabic, English or French.
