TWAS-UNESCO Associateship Scheme 2025 for researchers from developing countries (Fully Funded)

The TWAS-UNESCO Associateship Scheme enables researchers from developing countries to visit host centres for research collaboration over three years, with opportunities to visit the host centre twice for 2 to 3 months each time. The scheme covers travel expenses and provides a monthly contribution toward incidental local expenses, while the host centre provides accommodation, meals, and research facilities.

Travel expenses covered; monthly stipend of USD 300; accommodation and meals provided by the host centre; access to research facilities.

Applicants must hold a PhD or equivalent degree; applications are highly competitive with special consideration given to scientists from isolated institutions in developing countries; women scientists are especially encouraged to apply.
