Mid-Career Course FY2026 in Japan: Fully Funded Leadership and Career Development Program for Peacebuilding and Development Professionals at Hiroshima University

The Mid-Career Course FY2026 is an international training program organized by Hiroshima University in cooperation with UNITAR, MOFA, and other partners. It targets experienced mid-career professionals from international organizations, governments, NGOs, and related sectors to develop leadership, career development, and networking skills through in-person sessions in Hiroshima and Tokyo, Japan, with an online orientation prior to the in-person training.

Professionals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities working in international organizations, governments, NGOs, civil society, or the private sector are eligible to apply.
