Pathways to Scale Program 2026

Pathways to Scale (P2S) is a multi-country program designed to help established women-owned and women-led businesses in Africa scale their operations through tailored business support, access to finance, mentorship, and strategic networking opportunities. The current intake targets enterprises in four African countries and includes advisory services, investor connections, and AI-powered tools to strengthen business performance.

Access to financing opportunities; tailored business support powered by SIGMA AI; individualized mentorship from experienced experts; advisory support to strengthen performance; opportunities to connect with investors and financial institutions; networking with partners and a broader development ecosystem.

Applicants must own or manage a women-owned or women-led business operating in Ethiopia, Ghana, Nigeria, or Rwanda and be seeking to scale with access to finance and development support.
