YIL Fellowship 2026: Empowering Africa’s Next Generation of Innovation Leaders

The Young Innovation Leaders (YIL) Fellowship is a leadership and innovation program designed to nurture young Africans into solution-driven changemakers. It operates as a pan-African initiative with a focus on leadership, creativity, and problem-solving, historically expanding through collaborations and partnerships across the continent.

Training on how to create and lead innovations; mentorship from experienced professionals; empowerment to develop and scale impactful ideas; access to networks and opportunities within the program.
