Amazing Global Women in Management Leadership Program Gwim 2026

The Empowering Global Women in Management Leadership Program (GWIM 76) is an international leadership initiative aimed at strengthening the leadership capacity of women professionals and entrepreneurs worldwide. It combines a two-week in-person residency in Washington, DC with several months of structured virtual training, mentorship, and a practicum component to develop leadership and economic empowerment skills.

Hybrid learning with an in-person two-week residency, six months of virtual learning and mentorship, a practicum project, and participation in a global network of GWIM alumnae.

Open to women professionals and entrepreneurs worldwide.
