2025 CBRE HBCU Immersive Experience

The 2025 CBRE HBCU Immersive Experience is a three-day program for high-performing HBCU students to gain exposure to CBRE’s commercial real estate services and investment management. It includes in-person sessions, mentorship from CBRE professionals, and discussions on real estate development, finance, and global markets. The experience is all-expenses-paid and takes place in Los Angeles, CA from November 4–6, 2025 for selected scholars.

All travel, lodging, and major meals are fully covered; in-person networking and mentorship with CBRE professionals; exposure to CBRE’s corporate environment and business units.

Currently enrolled at an accredited HBCU with a minimum 3.0 GPA and U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or national status; interest in commercial real estate.
