AIIB Graduate Program (2025)

The AIIB Graduate Program is a structured, two-year rotational program designed to recruit and develop early-career talents. It provides hands-on experience across AIIB’s departments, with six streams including Investment, Finance, Risk Management, Strategy, Corporate, and Environment and Social. Participants receive training, mentoring, and career guidance to support professional growth and expose them to international development and sustainable infrastructure finance.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree with 1–2 years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant work experience; fluency in English is required.
