Hong Kong University Belt and Road Scholarship 2025

The Belt and Road Scholarship supports undergraduate study at the University of Hong Kong for students from Belt and Road countries. It is funded by the Government of Hong Kong and provides full tuition coverage for the duration of the chosen bachelor’s degree program. The scholarship targets outstanding students from participating Belt and Road countries who wish to pursue full-time undergraduate studies in Hong Kong.

Candidates must belong to one of the participating Belt and Road countries and be admitted to a full-time undergraduate program at HKU; they should demonstrate strong leadership, communication skills, and academic excellence, and intend to contribute to Hong Kong society.
