Songhai/Mastercard Youth Agricultural Empowerment Scheme 2026

The Songhai/Mastercard Youth Agricultural Empowerment Scheme is a fully sponsored training program focused on sustainable farming methods and hands-on agriculture experience. It targets young Nigerians, aiming to train thousands in agro-entrepreneurship and modern farm management, with comprehensive support including meals, accommodation and certification. The program comprises a three-month boot camp covering key areas in agro-business and practical agricultural skills.

Participants must be between 18-35 years old, must have started an agricultural venture or be passionate about starting one, must be able to travel to Oyo, Ebonyi or Owerri, and must have a support structure to enable successful implementation.
