European Researchers' Night

The European Researchers' Night is a Europe-wide public event funded under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions that aims to bring researchers closer to the public and showcase the impact of science on daily life. It supports activities that raise awareness of research education and science among young people, including school activities throughout the year. The event is organised for public engagement, with activities such as hands-on experiments, science shows, debates, competitions, and workshops.

Funding to cover event organisation costs; support to promote public engagement with science and researchers; opportunities to showcase research to youth and the general public.

Any legal entity such as a single beneficiary or several organisations constituting a partnership at regional, national or international level, established in an EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Countries. Eligible entities include private and public research organisations, companies, public authorities, schools, science museums, parent-teacher organisations, EU mobility centres for researchers, foundations, or media organisations.
