Korean Government KOICA Scholarship Program

The KOICA Scholarship Program is a fully funded scholarship offered by the Korean government to international students from developing countries. It covers tuition, airfare, accommodation and living expenses, with additional benefits such as a monthly allowance and health/settlement support, for master’s and doctoral degree programs at partner Korean universities. Applicants undergo a competitive selection process based on academic performance, leadership potential and development commitment.

Full tuition coverage, airfare, accommodation, monthly living allowance, insurance, settlement allowance, completion grant, and support for study-related activities such as language classes and field visits.

Citizens of listed developing countries, government officials who receive official nomination, and typically under 40 years old, with required educational prerequisites depending on the degree level.

Submit required documents (transcripts, personal statement, letter of recommendation) and undergo competitive selection through KOICA and partner universities.
