Bourse d'Élite Africaine du Gouvernement Taïwanais

The African Elite Scholarship Programme funded by the Taiwan government provides about twenty scholarships for African educators to pursue master's or doctoral studies in Taiwan universities, with priority for doctoral studies. It covers tuition and various fees, and includes a monthly stipend intended to support living costs during study in Taiwan.
