The Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Program 2026/2027 Chinese Government Scholarship at Xi’an Jiaotong University is a fully funded master’s program designed to develop global governance and leadership capabilities. It offers English-taught master’s programs with a 1+1 study model, combining study in China and professional work plus thesis development in the home country, for mid-career professionals and senior managers.
