WomenLift Health Southern Africa Leadership Journey 2026

The WomenLift Health Southern Africa Leadership Journey 2026 is a fully funded, 12-month leadership development programme for talented women leaders in health. It combines in-person residencies with virtual learning, mentoring, coaching, and a self-directed health leadership project to strengthen leadership, voice, and influence among participants. Global Fellows who complete the journey join a lifelong network of peers and allies across local, regional, and global levels.

Fully funded participation including travel and lodging; in-person residencies; virtual learning and coaching; mentorship and a lifelong network of peers and allies; access to leadership tools and frameworks; recognition as a global Health Leader Fellow.

Open to women who are mid-career leaders working in health, residing in one of the specified Southern Africa countries, and who meet the program's language and time-zone requirements.
