The Assistant in the Operational Cell supports the operational cell team with reporting, context analysis, documentation, and administrative tasks. The position is based in Dakar, with potential deployment to other missions in Africa. It involves coordinating with international staff, assisting project management, and contributing to knowledge management and information sharing.

Salary according to MSF salary grid; full-time contract; based in Dakar with potential deployments

Requires a degree in Human Resources/administration, social and/or humanitarian sciences, or law; proven experience in office organization and bilingual administration; field experience with an NGO or MSF.
