Chancenkarte

Chancenkarte is a new and flexible opportunity that allows non-EU nationals to reside in Germany for up to 12 months to search for employment. It enables part-time work up to 20 hours per week during the job-search period and is based on a point system evaluating education, language skills, living costs, work experience, prior visits, and spousal eligibility. The programme is intended to attract skilled personnel from outside the EU to Germany.

Open to non-EU citizens who want to search for employment in Germany; applicants are assessed using a points system across education, language, finances, work experience, prior visits, and spouse eligibility.
