Claude Corps Fellowship 2026 places early-career fellows inside nonprofits, government agencies, and public-interest organizations for a year, working with Claude to build solutions, teach others, and sustain impact after departure. Fellows embed full-time at a host organization, with responsibilities spanning scoping, building with Claude, enabling the organization, and handing off work for ongoing use.

Full-time salary of $85,000, relocation assistance, onboarding bootcamp, cohort support, access to Anthropic engineers, and a sustained portfolio entry with references.

Open to individuals who are 18 or older with limited professional experience, who have built a project or tool end-to-end, and who are motivated by social-impact work; must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to relocate within the US for in-person work.
