Stephen M. Kellen Scholarship

The Stephen M. Kellen Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship for students in the Dual BA programme between Sciences Po and Freie Universität Berlin. It is intended to support study in law, economics, history, political science and sociology and to promote multilingual and bicultural competence. The scholarship provides tuition coverage for two years at Sciences Po and annual living allowances for the years spent at both Sciences Po's French-German European Campus in Nancy and at the Otto-Suhr-Institut of Freie Universität Berlin.

Tuition coverage for two years at Sciences Po; living allowance of $6,000 per year (Nancy) and $7,000 per year (Berlin) for the specified study periods.

The candidate must be admitted to Sciences Po's Dual BA with Freie Universität Berlin.

Complete the online application form including a personal statement (motivation to study in Berlin, 350 words) and an essay (speech, 1500 words).
