The Bioinoculants SMART Fellowships programme offers research fellowships at selected laboratories under the Bioinoculants for Food Security in Africa (B-INOC AFRICA) initiative. It supports international mobility to conduct research focused on bio-fertilisers, bio-pesticides, bio-inoculants for food production and related microbiome-based solutions, with aims to strengthen collaboration and skill development in the agricultural and food value chains. Fellowships provide practical research training and hands-on experience in host laboratories.
Benefícios
International travel, health insurance, subsistence for the fellow, monthly stipend (varies by level) and possible bench fee to the host laboratory to support the research project.
Elegibilidade
Open to researchers from a specified list of countries, with a preference for early-career scientists. Applicants should be registered for a PhD or have obtained a PhD within the last 5 years; MSc holders may also apply; there is no age limit.
