SI-ledare (Supplemental Instruction leader) at Lund University

An SI-ledare (Supplemental Instruction leader) is a student who leads weekly peer-assisted study sessions for a specific challenging course at Lund University. The role involves facilitating group discussion, organising collaborative learning activities and helping students develop study skills. SI-leaders receive a two-day mandatory basic training and ongoing supervision during their assignment. The position is paid and typically runs one or more semesters with sessions of 1–2 hours per week for groups of about 5–15 students.
