The AHSS Summer School 2027 at Queen's University Belfast is a three-week international programme introducing students to the historical, cultural, political, environmental and socio-economic contexts of Northern Ireland. Week 1 delivers a core module 'Belfast: Culture, Identity, History & Politics' with field trips including Belfast and Derry-Londonderry. Weeks 2 and 3 allow participants to choose from themed strands such as Identity & Intergroup Relations, International Relations & Diplomacy, Irish Studies or creative storytelling modules. The programme includes campus orientation, engagement with local communities and visits to political, historical and cultural sites.

Elegibilidade
Applicants must have completed a minimum of one year of university/college study prior to the Summer School, be at least 18 years old by the programme start, have a minimum GPA of 2.7, provide a referee/referral from a global education/study abroad office or professor, and be competent in written and spoken English.
