Santam Women of the Future Awards 2025

Santam Women of the Future Awards recognises and supports outstanding South African women entrepreneurs across three categories, with cash prizes, mentorship and media exposure. The awards are presented in association with FAIRLADY and TRUELOVE and open to women shaping South Africa’s business landscape. Winning provides opportunities for growth, visibility and mentorship.

Cash prizes for the three categories, media exposure in FAIRLADY/TRUELOVE, mentorship from a judge, various partner gifts and services.

Entrants must be female residents of South Africa; three categories include Woman of the Future (business older than 1000 days), Rising Star (16-35 years old, business 6-36 months old), and Social Entrepreneur (NGO/NPO or social enterprise with 1000+ days).
