The Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme 2027–2028 offers scholarships to people in Türkiye to pursue postgraduate study or research in EU-related fields at EU institutions. The funding covers tuition, living expenses, and a one-time allowance, supporting specialization in areas connected to the EU acquis.

Benefícios

Tuition support up to €22,000; living expenses; a €3,500 one-time allowance for travel and related costs.

Elegibilidade

Applicants must be students or university staff/employees in Türkiye and aim to specialize in fields connected to the EU acquis; selection includes an administrative eligibility review and a written examination, followed by placement requirements.

Candidatura

Applications are submitted in a sealed envelope to the designated authority by the deadline; online submissions are not used.
