ADB-Japan Scholarship Program 2027 at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU)

The ADB-Japan Scholarship Program 2027 at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) is a fully funded scholarship supporting Master’s-level study at APU for students from ADB borrowing member countries. The scholarship covers tuition, admission fees, a monthly allowance, housing, books and instructional materials, medical insurance, and economy-class airfare. Applicants are expected to hold a bachelor’s degree and meet ADB-JSP nationality and other eligibility requirements. Application rounds for the September 2027 intake have specific APU deadlines depending on the round.

Full tuition and admission fees; monthly allowance of JPY 144,000 including housing; books and instructional materials; medical insurance; economy-class airfare to/from Japan.

Applicants must be nationals of ADB borrowing member countries, generally hold a bachelor’s degree, have at least two years of full-time professional work experience, and demonstrate strong English proficiency while meeting ADB-JSP nationality and other eligibility requirements.
