Heirs Holdings Graduate Trainee Programme 2026

The Heirs Holdings Graduate Trainee Programme is a six-month talent development programme designed to equip young professionals with knowledge, skills and practical experience to build successful careers within Africa’s private sector. It combines a four-week Group Foundation Bootcamp with a five-month in-company deployment, culminating in placement within Heirs Holdings Group for outstanding trainees.

Career growth, leadership development, mentorship, practical work experience, and cross-functional collaboration within the Heirs Holdings Group.

Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a Second Class Lower (2:2) from an accredited university, have completed NYSC, and be 27 years old or younger at the time of application.
