The Director of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) is a leadership position based in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The role leads the design and implementation of MEL systems, indicators, data collection, analysis, reporting and learning for the project, and supervises the MEL team to ensure timely, high-quality data and evidence to inform program decisions and reporting to donors. The position requires collaboration with project leadership, government partners and donors to integrate lessons learned and to drive adaptive management.
Elegibilidade
A graduate degree in methods of research, statistics, biostatistics, quantitative/qualitative data analysis, public health, social/behavioral sciences, or a related health field; at least 10 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, research and learning in public health or related programs, and at least 5 years of donor-funded data collection/management experience; proven experience with S&E systems and USAID-style data collection and reporting procedures.
