The Amazon Pathways Operations Leadership Development Program is a three-year leadership track for MBA candidates (and doctorate candidates in some countries). It starts with a 10–12 week internship and continues with multi-year rotational leadership roles across Amazon operations sites.

Elegibilidade

Applicants must be pursuing an MBA (or doctorate in some countries) and have a master’s degree with at least three years of professional work experience; proficient in the local language (CEFR B2 or higher); willing to accept placement at Amazon sites.
