Women Back to Work (10th Cycle)

Women Back to Work is a 32-hour training and mentoring programme aimed at women seeking to re-enter the labour market. The programme includes professional development modules on career progression, leadership and digital adaptation developed with Alba Graduate Business School and 100mentors, live GenAI workshops focused on workplace workflows, and an asynchronous GenAI Fundamentals course (5–7 hours). Participants receive practical exercises to apply GenAI skills in key labour-market areas and personalised mentoring with peer support via the wiserwork environment.
