WIVA Visiting Researchers 2027

The WIVA Visiting Researchers programme offers funded, full-time temporary research employment positions at the Wallenberg Institute (WIVA) at Uppsala University for a short research stay (about three months). It is aimed at researchers and scholars working on topics related to the wider world of the Viking Age and provides access to Uppsala University's resources and academic networks. Appointments include defined institutional responsibilities at WIVA during the residency.
