1707 Order-Based R&D Program 2026-3 (SME Support Call)

The 1707 Order-Based R&D Program (SME Support Call) supports SMEs in transforming customer-driven solution proposals into commercially viable products and processes through co-funded R&D projects. TÜBİTAK and Customer Organizations provide co-financing and risk-sharing to facilitate need-oriented R&D activities. The call gives priority to projects aligned with TÜBİTAK's 2026-2028 Priority R&D and Innovation Topics, specifically “Technological Leap in Industry” and “Digital Leadership.” Project applications are submitted via the TEYDEB PRODİS system during the stated call period.

Co-financing for R&D projects, support in transforming proposals into commercially viable outputs, and mechanisms for financing risk-sharing and intellectual property considerations.

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) submitting need-oriented R&D project proposals, in cooperation with Customer Organizations; priority for projects under TÜBİTAK 2026-2028 Priority R&D and Innovation Topics in ‘Technological Leap in Industry’ and ‘Digital Leadership’.

Submit project applications through the TEYDEB Project Evaluation Monitoring System (PRODİS) between the call opening and closing dates.
