Edison Scholars Program

The Edison Scholars Program awards undergraduate scholarships to high school seniors in Southern California Edison’s service area to study at accredited four-year colleges in the United States. The program provides up to $12,500 per year for four years (renewable for up to three additional years under certain conditions) and includes a paid summer internship with SCE after completing the first year of college. Recipients are selected based on academic performance, financial need, leadership, and community involvement.

Open to current high school seniors residing in Southern California Edison’s service area who plan to attend a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited four-year college in the US in the 2026-2027 academic year and intend to major in designated fields of study.

Applications are submitted through Scholarship America; a comprehensive application packet and essays are required, with an online recommendation process.
