ProUni (Programa Universidade para Todos)

ProUni (Programa Universidade para Todos) is a Brazilian government scholarship programme that offers full (100%) and partial (50%) tuition scholarships at private higher-education institutions across Brazil. Selection is based on ENEM scores and household income criteria. The programme aims to expand access to undergraduate education for students who cannot afford private tuition. Applications are processed through the national higher-education access portal using a Gov.br account.

Applicants must have taken one of the two most recent ENEM editions, have a minimum average of 450 points, not have scored zero on the essay, not hold a higher-education diploma, and meet the programme's household income requirements. Additional eligibility includes having completed high school in a public school or as a full scholarship student in a private school, being a person with disability, or being a public school teacher applying to licensure/pedagogy courses.

Apply via the national higher-education access portal using a Gov.br account, choose up to two course options, monitor cut-off scores and, if selected, present required documentation to the institution.
