Les Houches WE-Heraeus Winter School: Ice Melting and Mixing - From the Lab to the Ocean

The Les Houches WE-Heraeus Winter School 'Ice Melting and Mixing: From the Lab to the Ocean' is a week-long scientific school bringing together researchers working on ice melt, fluid dynamics, oceanography, glaciology, and climate modeling. It aims to connect small-scale laboratory and numerical studies with large-scale observations and climate models, to improve parameterizations and foster interdisciplinary collaboration. The event includes lectures, discussions and opportunities for networking among scientists across related disciplines. The school takes place at the Ecole de Physique in Les Houches, France.
