Temasek Foundation–Melo Fellowship

The Temasek Foundation–Melo Fellowship is a cross-border leadership programme that brings together young leaders from Singapore and Hong Kong to build leadership capabilities and regional networks while developing AI-enabled solutions for social challenges. The Fellowship combines applied AI training, impact project co-creation, CEO dialogues and cross-border collaboration across cohorts. The programme will select 70 young leaders across two cohorts over three years and includes dedicated opportunities for young people from underserved backgrounds.

Final-year university students, recent graduates and young professionals aged 21 to 30 from Singapore and Hong Kong who demonstrate leadership potential, intellectual curiosity and a commitment to creating positive social impact.
