GÖCH & ÖAW Habilitationspreis

The GÖCH & ÖAW Habilitationspreis is an annual prize for researchers in the habilitation stage working in chemistry and related interdisciplinary areas. It awards a published or accepted scientific publication with a monetary prize of €2,000. The winner may be expected to present the awarded work at a GÖCH event. Applications must be submitted by members of the GÖCH who are at an Austrian university in the habilitation stage and whose submission has not previously been awarded.

Monetary award of €2,000; possible invitation to give a talk at a GÖCH event.

Applicants must be members of the GÖCH, be at an Austrian university in the stage of habilitation, and submit a published or accepted scientific publication that has not previously been awarded.

Submit a PDF of the publication by email, a short CV with PhD date, a declaration that the work has not been awarded, and if not corresponding author a statement of the applicant's contribution; send by email to office@goech.at with subject "Habilitationspreis 2026".
