Max Rubner-Preis

The Max Rubner-Preis is an innovation prize that awards funding for implementation of innovative ideas within Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. It provides prize money intended as seed funding for intrapreneurs (individuals or teams) who develop new offers, products or initiatives that provide lasting added value for Charité. Eligible projects must present a clearly described, novel solution that is distinct from routine operational tasks and that can be exemplarily implemented and potentially scaled within Charité.

Prize money (total endowment 100,000 EUR) to implement the idea as exemplar projects and potential scaling within Charité.

All professional groups and students of Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin may participate; projects must be developed within the structures of Charité and must not serve core operational tasks or be purely scientific questions. Funding cannot be awarded to already founded companies.

Applications are submitted exclusively via the Charité online portal (registration required for first-time users); applicants must provide an abstract, project goals, innovation statements, resources, sustainability plan and attachments including a detailed project description and CVs.
