Informação

The WissKomm-Kolleg is a modular, year-long professional development programme in science communication for early-career communicators. It brings a cohort of 16–18 participants together for workshops, mentoring and networking with experienced trainers and guests from science, journalism and related fields. The programme focuses on role clarification, professionalisation and building networks to strengthen responsible science communication in societal and political discourse.

Benefícios

One-year modular programme with workshops led by experienced trainers, impulses and exchanges with experts from science and journalism, professional reflection space and networking opportunities; cohort-based peer network (16–18 participants).

Elegibilidade

The programme is aimed at young scientists, communicators at universities and research institutions, and science journalists who have initial professional experience in science communication and want to further develop their competencies.

Candidatura

Application via the WissKomm-Kolleg website; selection of a cohort of 16–18 participants overseen by partner institutions and a supervisory board.
