Premi a la millor tesi doctoral en ciències biològiques (SCB - IEC)

An award for the best doctoral thesis in the field of biological sciences defended at a university within the Catalan-language territories. Only theses that have received the extraordinary prize of the most recent convocatory are eligible. The prize includes a monetary award, commemorative gift, a one-year free subscription to the SCB and a diploma; up to two runner-up prizes may be given.

€800 main prize, commemorative gift, one-year free subscription to the SCB, diploma; up to two accèssits of €100 each.

Doctoral theses in biological sciences defended at a university in the Catalan-language territories. Only theses awarded the extraordinary prize of the most recent convocatory (2023-2024) may be presented; candidates must be 35 years old or younger at the date of thesis deposit.

Eligible theses that have received the extraordinary prize may be submitted for consideration; full rules are published on the SCB website.
