Generación Talento

Generación Talento is a professional development programme run by the Fundación Princesa de Girona that offers mentoring, online training and in-person development forums. It connects participants with mentors from over 40 leading companies and provides networking, talent development centres, workshops and immersive Tech Experience visits. The programme includes e-learning courses on digital trends and competency tests, and offers mobility grants to attend forums and meetings with mentors. It targets young people seeking to accelerate employability and career orientation.

Young people aged between 18 and 30 with higher education in progress or completed (degree and/or vocational training). It welcomes unemployed, underemployed or those seeking a new professional orientation.
