Aflora

Aflora is a program of Fundación Bolívar Davivienda that develops talent and supports the growth of social organisations in Colombia. It offers an ecosystem of applied learning with two specialised tracks: a Strengthening Track to build operational and strategic foundations, and the Aflora Challenge, an acceleration route with mentor guidance focused on revenue maximisation, capital diversification and operational efficiency. The programme aims to professionalise the social sector and improve organisational impact, sustainability and scalability.
