UNIQLO Global Management Program (GMP) 2026–27

The UNIQLO Global Management Program (GMP) is a structured leadership and management training program organised by Fast Retailing. It targets recent graduates and early-career professionals to develop future leaders in retail and fashion, with international exposure, hands-on experience, and leadership training over a period typically 12–24 months.
