Junior Achievement Nigeria Venture in Management Program (ViMP) 2026

The Venture in Management Program (ViMP) is Nigeria’s premier mini‑MBA experience designed to prepare outstanding graduates for leadership roles in business and society. It is an intensive one-week programme facilitated by Lagos Business School, combining business case studies, ethical leadership training, mentorship, and career development support. Approximately 100 participants are selected annually, with both physical and virtual participation options.

Intensive mini‑MBA training, mentorship opportunities with industry leaders, networking with alumni and professionals, career development support and job placement exposure, and a certificate of completion.

Applicants must be Nigerian graduates aged 18–27, be awaiting NYSC, currently serving, or have completed NYSC within the last six months, be available for the full one‑week programme, and be willing to travel at their own cost if selected for physical participation.
