NDE Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI) Phase 3 – 2026

The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI) Phase 3 aims to empower Nigerian youth with technical and vocational skills. It offers free training, monthly stipends, starter packs, and business loan support across multiple schemes nationwide. The program targets thousands of participants and covers fields such as agriculture, technology, vocational trades, and entrepreneurship.

Applicants must be Nigerian youth aged 18–50, possess a valid NIN and bank account (BVN), and reside in any of the 36 states or FCT.

Create an account on the NDE Job Creation Portal, enter your NIN for identity verification, fill in personal details and select preferred programme, submit application and complete pre-enrolment assessment.
