Petroleum Technology Development Fund PTDF Scholarship 2026 for Nigerian Students

The Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) In-Country Scholarship Scheme (ISS) supports Nigerian students pursuing undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD studies in public universities. It is designed to build indigenous human capacity and petroleum technology expertise for Nigeria’s oil and gas industry. The scholarship offers full tuition coverage, living expense stipends, and potential support for research, with eligibility across undergraduate, master’s, and PhD programs.

Undergraduate applicants must be full-time in a Nigerian public university, in 200 level, with specified WAEC/SSCE/NECO results and CGPA requirements; master's applicants require full-time admission in a public university with relevant degree and NYSC certificate; PhD applicants require a 2:2 with a relevant Master’s and a PhD proposal.
