BetaGlass Technical Trainee Program (BTTP) 2026

The BetaGlass Technical Trainee Program (BTTP) is a structured 12-month graduate trainee program that provides practical training and work experience in a world-class glass manufacturing environment. Participants will gain hands-on experience at BetaGlass factories in Agbara (Ogun State) and Ughelli (Delta State) with mentorship and career opportunities, including potential long-term employment. The program offers a paid training track with mentorship and professional networking opportunities.

12 months of intensive practical training in glass manufacturing; monthly salary during the program; mentorship and professional networking opportunities; career development with potential employment at BetaGlass; exposure to a multinational manufacturing environment.

Applicants must hold a B.Sc or HND from a recognized tertiary institution, have graduated with at least Second-Class Lower Division / Lower Credit, have completed NYSC, and possess 0–2 years of work experience. Nigerian citizens, with female applicants strongly encouraged to apply.
