Kenya National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA) On-the-Job Experience (OJE) recruitment is a government-led programme offering structured workplace learning and industrial placement for youth. The initiative targets unemployed young Kenyans across all 47 counties and provides six months of hands-on training followed by six months of industrial placement, with a monthly stipend during training and certification upon completion.

General applicants must be 18-29 years old; persons living with disabilities up to 35 years; unemployed youth in low-income or vulnerable employment; Form Four education or below; open to youth from all 47 counties.
