Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company (IKEDC) Young Engineers Program 2026

The Young Engineers Program (YEP) 2026 is a structured 12-month training and internship programme by Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company (IKEDC). It aims to help recent engineering graduates gain hands-on experience in the power sector, with mentorship and exposure to technologies, and provides a pathway to permanent employment within IKEDC. The program includes a monthly salary and real-project experience during the training period.

Applicants must be recent graduates in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related power courses, have at least a Second-Class Lower Division / Lower Credit, completed NYSC, be not more than 28 years old, and have no more than 2 years of work experience.
